Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order as long as the items are still in brand new condition with all packaging.

All returns made within 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No returns or exchanges may be made on sale or discounted items in-store or online.

All decks that are set-up or gripped upon request of the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made a mistake with your order. In that case, we pay for all shipping costs, including reimbursing you for your return shipping costs.

All sales of specialty and limited products are final. No order cancellations or returns may be made for any specialty or limited products. Examples include Nike SB QuickStrike releases and limited edition boards.

Send items to the address below with a note explaining what you'd like us to do (return or exchange). If you are returning shoes please be sure to place the shoe box inside another box like we shipped them to you. We will not accept your return if the shoe box is damaged.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
